Spagetti Casserole Recipe

My sister Michelle made this for a few family events and everyone loved it! When I made it I made it with quite a bit less meat, added some cubed squash, more spagetti sauce and more crescent rolls (because my family loves those carbs! ). Feel free to adjust to your families taste buds or keep it the way it is, either way its DELICIOUS!!

Spaghetti Casserole Recipe

Items needed:

1 lbs Breakfast sausage regular

1 lbs Ground Beef

1 (or 1/2) onion

1 box of Linguine pasta

2 8oz cans of Tomato sauce

1 season packet of Thick & Zesty Spaghetti Sauce

1 8 oz sour cream

Mozzarella Cheese (I like cheese so I would get the 16oz t but the 8oz might work as well)

1 Crescent Roll (for one pan)

How to cook:

Cook

1 lbs Pork sausage regular

1lbs Ground Beef

1 (or 1/2) onion (depending on how much onion you like)

If you want you can add seasoning, it is up to you because you will be adding a season packet

Strain once cooked

Cook

1 box of Linguine pasta

Strain once cooked

Add to meat after it has been strained

Keep burner on low to medium when adding; want the following to be warm before layering

2 8oz cans of Tomato sauce

1 packet of Thick & Zesty Spaghetti Sauce

1 (or 3/4) of sour cream (depending how much you want)

Layer in pan

Sauce/meet

Mozzarella Shredded cheese

Noodles

Sauce/meat

Mozzarella cheese

Continue with layers until pan you want to stop… end with mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover the top (cheese) with the Crescent Roll

If want lightly butter the top of the Crescent Roll
