BBQ Pork

My sister, Camille, made this one Sunday and it was DELICIOUS!! She gave me the recipe. Although I made it really spicy the first time (make sure not to cut the meat up before rubbing on the paste, creates too much surface area for this and makes it really spicy) Toast some buns and add a little BBQ sauce and YUMM!!

2Tbs Salt

2T dark brown sugar

2T Black pepper

2T Paprika

1/2T Garlic Powder

½ T Ceyanne Pepper

Mix in a bown. 4lb pork shoulder roast, place in 9x13in glass baking dish. Take mixture sprinkle and rub all over meat (don’t have to use it all). Cover with plastic and let marinate for 2 hours. Pray oven safe pot with pam.

2 C apple juice or cider

1 C apple cider viniger

2 T Worchester shire sauce

1 T liquid smoke

Wisk together, pour into pot and place pork in. Cover with foil AND a lid. Bake at 325 in oven for 4hours. Remove let cool slightly and shred. Use favorite bbq sauce.
