2 (14oz)can of Diced Tomatoes
1 (4oz) can of diced green Chilies
2 diced green onions
10branches chopped cilantro
1 minced garlic clove
4 oz El Pato Sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 heaping tsp salt
Combine all items in a blender and pulse until desired consistency. Do not blend too much for it will froth rather quickly.
A great thing about this recipe is you can easily make it your own. If you want it fresher use fresh tomatoes instead of caned. Too spicy, add less El Pato. This recipe is easy and delicious without changing anything but feel free to play with it. ENJOY!
